Account & Data Deletion
Quartermaster respects your privacy and rights over your data. If you wish to delete your account and remove all personal information from our system, you can do so at any time.
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently and irreversibly purged:
- Your user authentication record and registered email address.
- Your household membership and profile preferences.
- All custom storage locations, inventory entries, barcode records, and shopping list items associated with your account.
- All hardware node pairings and scan history logs.
How to Delete Your Account
Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)
- Open the Quartermaster mobile app or Web app.
- Tap the Settings icon in the bottom menu.
- Scroll down to Account & Security.
- Tap Delete Account & Data.
- Confirm your choice when prompted. Your account and all associated data will be immediately and permanently deleted.
Method 2: Email Request
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by contacting support:

Account Deletion Request - Body: Please include the email address registered with your Quartermaster account.
Our team will process your deletion request within 7 business days and send a confirmation email once your data has been completely erased.
